This blog is a collection of reflections and insights prompted by scripture. When we think upon scripture, scripture changes our thinking. It renews our mind, and in the process transforms our lives. Not everyone has a lot of time to devote to Bible study; however, being disabled, I now have more time than most. I hope and pray that what I share will be beneficial to understanding scriptural truth. I want it to challenge the reader to think about what each scripture really means. If we do not align our thoughts with God’s thoughts, it is near impossible to align our actions with His will.

(Aug. 29 2021) This is not a reflection on Scripture, it is a personal update. I have lived with IPF for the last 14 years of my life. The last several years I was on 12 liters of oxygen 24 hours a day. On the last of June this year I receive a double lung transplant. I have had a few set backs, pneumonia, 3 large blood clots in my new lungs and now an infection and Vacuous cavity, however all have been or are being treated. I am still getting stronger day by day. It is all in the hands of God and the Doctors; although I still have to do my part and work to get stronger. I believe I will continue to write blogs again and hope to get back to where it can become a regular daily practice. Thank you to all of you who read them and offer encouragement.
